Annie-Laurie Wells

Annie-Laurie Wells paints in oils on canvas - landscapes, old buildings, animals, the changing seasons and nudes. In both traditional, fantasy, impressionistic and even whimsical themes. All tell a story.  Before she begins to paint, she searches for a hint of a form that can develop into a thought or a dream of past or future. A particular color or shape in nature just may inspire a subject that will become a painting. Sometimes a painting seems to emerge with its own mood to convey. All she needs is the paint and brushes and an idea. She hopes you find her art fun and memorable.
